The symbol of pride for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games sits as if an abandoned artifact, flanked by empty streets and an vacant plaza. 

Built for the opening ceremonies for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, the giant crystalline structure was relocated to the Vancouver convention centre, where throughout the year thousands of people come to visit and photograph the sculpture.
